I charge a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will NOT be able to re-book. If your appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment via Gloss, you do risk the chance of forfeiting your appointment. I have a ‘10 minute grace period’. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it is likely that your appointment will have to be rescheduled or altered dependent upon my discretion. In the case that your appointment has to be rescheduled, the cancelation policy is also enforced.
